Queremos saber que nuestros esfuerzos colectivos para lograr los cambios necesarios y trabajar para <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/just-transition\/\">Transici\u00f3n justa<\/a><\/strong> ser\u00e1 fruct\u00edfero. Qu\u00e9 descorazonador, agotador y frustrante es ver c\u00f3mo nuestro duro trabajo se queda corto cuando el conflicto se ralentiza, se estanca o, peor a\u00fan, interrumpe totalmente nuestras colaboraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los legados de un paradigma de dominaci\u00f3n (capitalismo, patriarcado, supremac\u00eda blanca, competencia, por nombrar algunos) nos han dejado sin las habilidades que necesitamos para colaborar eficazmente y encontrar la generatividad en el conflicto que, a cierta escala, es inevitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comunicaci\u00f3n No Violenta (CNV) nos ofrece un conjunto de herramientas para profundizar en nuestra propia autoconexi\u00f3n corporal y desarrollar nuestra capacidad de relacionarnos con nosotros mismos y con los dem\u00e1s con empat\u00eda, de modo que podamos mostrarnos m\u00e1s plenos y aut\u00e9nticos en nuestro trabajo en el mundo. A medida que empezamos a desentra\u00f1ar la forma en que la cultura de la dominaci\u00f3n ha moldeado nuestro lenguaje, podemos aprender nuevas y viejas maneras de comunicarnos que nos lleven a una alineaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda con nuestros valores, nuestro prop\u00f3sito y la conexi\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este taller en l\u00ednea de 6 semanas dise\u00f1ado y facilitado por BIPOC para una cohorte BIPOC, exploraremos estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para deshacer la dominaci\u00f3n en nosotros mismos, nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n, nuestras relaciones y nuestras colaboraciones. Este curso proporcionar\u00e1 una visi\u00f3n general de la comunicaci\u00f3n no violenta y el apoyo con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comprender la empat\u00eda: \u00bfQu\u00e9 es y por qu\u00e9 es importante?<\/li><li>Utilizar un modelo de autoempat\u00eda como herramienta para abordar las barreras sist\u00e9micas que impiden identificar y satisfacer nuestras necesidades.<\/li><li>Escuchar con empat\u00eda y compasi\u00f3n<\/li><li>Prepararnos para las conversaciones dif\u00edciles<\/li><li>Atender el duelo y el luto<\/li><li>Fomentar la conexi\u00f3n manteniendo la autenticidad personal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este taller no pretende ser un foro para resolver conflictos activos entre nosotros, sino m\u00e1s bien un lugar en el que recibir apoyo para cultivar las habilidades que nos ayudar\u00e1n a afrontar m\u00e1s eficazmente los conflictos en los distintos \u00e1mbitos de nuestras vidas.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this 6-week, BIPOC-only workshop, we will explore and cultivate nonviolent communication skills that can support our working together productively, authentically, and with care.
