El conflicto es el esp\u00edritu de la relaci\u00f3n pidi\u00e9ndose a s\u00ed mismo profundizar. <\/em>- Malidoma Algunos  

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el dinero suele fomentar tantos conflictos? Si entendemos que el dinero es un instrumento de separaci\u00f3n, entonces el conflicto que engendra podr\u00eda estar tratando de acercarnos, para que juntos podamos sanar los traumas originales del genocidio, la propiedad de la tierra, la esclavitud. Si es as\u00ed, sin resiliencia al conflicto no podremos llegar a la curaci\u00f3n. 

\u00bfY si el trauma s\u00f3lo puede transformarse realmente en curaci\u00f3n al calor del conflicto? Piensa en la transformaci\u00f3n que posibilitan el compost, la fermentaci\u00f3n e incluso los incendios forestales controlados. 

Si queremos transformar la econom\u00eda explotadora en econom\u00eda sagrada; el genocidio y la esclavitud en reparaciones y reconciliaci\u00f3n; la propiedad privada en bienes comunes; entonces debemos aprender a encauzar el fuego de nuestros conflictos por el dinero, los recursos y la riqueza. La alternativa es pasar por alto, dominar o suprimir estos conflictos, s\u00f3lo para que los fuegos se desaten m\u00e1s tarde y quemen nuestra casa colectiva. Hemos heredado traumas en torno al dinero, pero tambi\u00e9n hemos heredado resiliencia.
