Esto requiere atenci\u00f3n plena, conciencia plena y el cultivo de la paz interior. Practicar la atenci\u00f3n plena nos ayuda en nuestro compromiso de impulsar la justicia racial y la equidad social, que a su vez es fundamental para<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/just-transition\/\">Transici\u00f3n justa<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este taller comienza con tu inter\u00e9s en la pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena como camino hacia el cambio social y la voluntad de echar un vistazo a tu propia capacidad para el cambio y la paz. Mindfulness es prestar atenci\u00f3n a prop\u00f3sito, en el momento presente, sin juzgar.
