Juntos, construimos un sistema de gobernanza y liderazgo compartidos que sirve a las necesidades de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n al tiempo que honra nuestros talentos \u00fanicos como individuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta serie de tres partes, nos adentraremos en los pormenores de c\u00f3mo aplicar la toma de decisiones democr\u00e1tica y debatiremos los cambios relacionales m\u00e1s amplios que facilitan una cultura de liderazgo compartido. A lo largo de la serie, exploraremos el contexto m\u00e1s amplio del liderazgo compartido aplicable a diferentes tipos de organizaciones, tanto lucrativas como no lucrativas, y utilizaremos la transici\u00f3n de GWI como estudio de caso para explorar c\u00f3mo podemos incorporar valores democr\u00e1ticos a nuestra forma de trabajar y crear conexiones m\u00e1s profundas con nuestro impacto, nuestro prop\u00f3sito y entre nosotros. En lugar de ofrecer un modelo de enfoque espec\u00edfico, esta serie est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para ayudar a las organizaciones participantes a ver las oportunidades de evolucionar su propia estructura y procesos. Juntos exploraremos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sesi\u00f3n 1 - 8 de septiembre:<\/strong> Herramientas para un lugar de trabajo democr\u00e1tico<\/li><li><strong>Sesi\u00f3n 2 - 10 de septiembre:<\/strong> Pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas de toma de decisiones democr\u00e1tica y liderazgo compartido<\/li><li><strong>Sesi\u00f3n 3 - 14 de septiembre:<\/strong> Crear una cultura de liderazgo compartido<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solicitamos que las organizaciones participantes env\u00eden un m\u00ednimo de dos trabajadores,<\/strong><strong>y que los participantes asistan a los tres talleres.<\/strong> El liderazgo compartido es una pr\u00e1ctica de colaboraci\u00f3n, y creemos que cuantos m\u00e1s trabajadores est\u00e9n presentes, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 para una organizaci\u00f3n comprometerse con esta labor.
